Kakejiku Large Size
This is an interior decoration which is made using cloth from a real koinobori windsock sumptuously. Gradations and gold dust make the vivid koinobori pattern classier.
There is a cylindrical rod at the bottom of the kakejiku, and the two ends of the rod are called jikusaki. The large kakejiku has the black rod, and its jikusaki are decorated with gold dust (kinsunago).
This is the specific way commonly used for decorating fusuma paper. You can see this technique in the finest Japanese arts such as scrolls (makimono) and folding screens (byobu), and in wood-framed sliding doors (fusuma) which can be seen in Japanese historic edifices.
